Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

Our NZ HQ is open Monday to Thursday 8am - 3pm. Orders are dispatched within these hours. All orders placed after 8am Thursday through to Sunday will be dispatched early the following week. 

NEW ZEALAND

FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75 and over within New Zealand. For all orders under $75, a $8.99 Shipping + Handling fee will be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand.

Free shipping does not apply during sale periods

All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday.
Our order cut off for the week is 8am Thursday morning.
All orders are sent via New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste, with the overnight delivery option selected. We can not guarantee overnight delivery, but we know both services will do their best.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses, no PO Box deliveries. The cost and terms of delivery will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

AUSTRALIA

FREE SHIPPING on orders $99 AUD and over within Australia. For all orders under $99, a $8.99 Shipping + Handling fee will be charged, for anywhere in Australia.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Australian 3PL warehouse.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post using the standard tracked delivery service. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery costs and estimated times will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. Any import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Each country has different thresholds for these charges, we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees/delays that might be incurred. Please note, if a consignment is unable to be delivered due to refusal of these charges, the consignment will be abandoned.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Olive's Kitchen will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.
