FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75 and over within New Zealand. For all orders under $75, a $8.99 Shipping + Handling fee will be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Our order cut off for the week is 8am Thursday morning. All orders are sent via New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste, with the overnight delivery option selected. We can not guarantee overnight delivery, but we know both services will do their best.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses, no PO Box deliveries. The cost and terms of delivery will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on products that are faulty or stock that is does not meet your expectation - i.e. damaged or past use by.

Every dog (and human) is different

Just like us, dogs have their own tastes and tolerances. What one pup gobbles up, another might turn their nose up at - and that's completely normal, not a sign anything's wrong.

A few things worth knowing before you order:

1. Taste is personal. If your dog isn't a fan of the flavour or texture, that's individual preference - not a product fault, and on its own it doesn't qualify for a refund.

2. Sensitivities happen. An individual intolerance doesn't mean the product itself is unsafe, faulty, or below standard.

3. Read before you feed. We'd love for you to check the full ingredient list, allergen info, and Nutrition Information Panel before purchasing or feeding Doggy Daily to your dog.

As with all wellness products, taste and tolerance vary from dog to dog - so unfortunately we're not able to offer refunds or returns based on your dog not liking the product, or it not producing the results you hoped for.
