Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

Our HQ is open Monday to Thursday 8am - 3pm. Orders are dispatched within these hours. All orders placed late Thursday through to Sunday will be dispatched early the following week. 

 

NEW ZEALAND

FREE SHIPPING on all orders $99 and over within New Zealand. For all orders under $99, a $8.99 Shipping + Handling fee will be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand.
Please note, if you are rural delivery the below will be charged:
North Island - $10.99
South Island - $12.99

All orders are dispatched next working day overnight courier, via New Zealand Couriers and Post haste.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses, no PO Box deliveries. The cost and terms of delivery will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TAX AND DUTIES ON THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, these are not included in your order total and are determined at destination. Any import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Each country has different thresholds for these charges, we advise you to check with your local customs for full details on any fees/delays that might be incurred. Please note, if a consignment is unable to be delivered due to refusal of these charges, the consignment will be abandoned.
