Locally grown New Zealand catnip, harvested in our own backyard and dried in small batches. 100% organic, guaranteed no sprays or pesticides and lovingly sorted and packed in our warehouse in the Waikato. 15g size.
Herbal Cat Happiness makes cats “frolicsome, amorous and full of fun” due to a chemical produced in the catnip plant called nepetalactone.
Catnip acts as a temporary, natural stimulant for about 70% of cats. Its effects will last a short period (10-60 mins) and afterwards, cats are unlikely to be affected again within the following 1-2 hours.
Herbal Cat Happiness is ideal for producing a happy cat.
Happy cat behaviours include:
- Rolling around, hyperactivity, meowing crazily
- Drooling, Purring, Sleepiness
Note: Some cats have been known to become temporarily aggressive and hiss, but this is rare.

Directions for use:
Sprinkle catnip on the floor and your cat will enjoy rolling around in it. Use catnip to attract your cat to where you want it to play e.g., scratching posts. Refill catnip toys or rub catnip on them. Cats will sniff, lick and chew the catnip.

Great stuff, have bough a few tins for my cats and a few other friends.
The latest stuff was a little stalky but the cats nom it all the same.
The have been used to fresh but all the local cats destroyed by eating and sleeping on the plants lol

Mellie loves catnip..the plant, in her treats, everything catnip. This one she loves too. I roll her toys in them and she spends time nuzzling and eating it then snoozes

I had tried several different types of catnip and all of it was a waste of money. Then I came across this website and ordered the catnip. I sprinkled it on Louis cat tree he rolled around and ate it. He is a very full on main coon cat with a huge amount of energy waking up and running around the house 2 to 3 am in the morning so my sleep pattern has been terrible for a long time., to the point where I had an accident recently just due to exhaustion. I decided to change the routine with spreading the catnip on the cat tower and instead put some into a bowl and gave it to him at 9 o’clock at night. OMG game changer. He now sleeps till 5:30 in the morning. I have my life back . I’m so grateful for finding Olives kitchen thank you so much for making the best catnip out there. Louis & Dee x
